Businesses whose trade generates post-consumer electrical and electronic waste are required to recover and recycle such materials. GreenPak is an ERA authorised waste recovery organisation licensed to recover and recycle WEEE on behalf of businesses.
The list of EEE falling within the six categories of EEE are listed in the Waste Management (Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations, SL549.89.
